Introduction

The service is operated by RPM 77 Labs, LLC, located in Alpharetta, Georgia. These terms govern your use of hockeystatskeeper.com and all associated subdomains. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all data you enter into the platform, including player names, photos, positions, and game statistics. You represent that you have appropriate authorization to enter any third-party personal information into the platform.

Acceptable Use

• Users may not upload abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Users may not attempt to access other teams' data or subdomains.
• Users may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service.
• Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

Subscription & Payment

Access to League Mode requires a paid subscription at $2.99/month or $29.99/year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

• New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront but not charged until day 3.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
• We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Tournament Mode

Tournament Mode is available as a separate one-time purchase of $9.99, processed through Stripe. This grants lifetime access to Tournament Mode for your account with no recurring fees.

• Tournament scoreboards are private by default — only accessible to logged-in users on your account.
• You may optionally make a tournament public, allowing anyone with the link to view the live scoreboard.
• Public/private status is fully under your control and can be changed at any time.
• No refunds will be issued for the one-time tournament purchase.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service and all associated data will cease. Data is preserved for 30 days after account disable, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPM 77 Labs, LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. RPM 77 Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
