Your data stays yours
We collect only what's needed to run your stats tracker. We never sell or share your team's data with anyone. The one exception: if you run a tournament and choose to make it public, your tournament scoreboard will be visible to anyone with the link — but that's entirely under your control.

Who We Are
Hockey Stats Keeper is operated by RPM 77 Labs, LLC, located in Alpharetta, Georgia. We build tools for hockey coaches, teams, and organizations to track stats, manage rosters, and run tournaments.

What Data We Collect
We collect only what's needed to run your team's hockey stats tracker:
- Admin username and password (passwords are stored in hashed form — we cannot read them)
- Team name and season information
- Player names, positions, and jersey numbers
- Player photos (uploaded voluntarily)
- Game statistics: goals, assists, shots, scores, and related game data
- Email addresses used for password reset and user invitations

How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the Hockey Stats Keeper service — displaying rosters, tracking game statistics, and generating leaderboards and season summaries for your team. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

Payment Processing
Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment details. All billing information is managed directly by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your team's data is isolated to your account and is not accessible to other teams or users on the platform. The one exception: if you run a tournament and choose to make it public, your tournament scoreboard will be visible to anyone with the link — but that's entirely under your control.
